Blender, Unreal Engine 5 - 2024

This dystopian burger factory was the creation of a team based project. All asset modelling was divided up among five group members and done separately in blender. Afterwards, all assets were brought into unreal engine and i individually designed procedural textures for the whole environment. Finally i added lighting, post process effects, particle effects, as well sequence based camera movement in unreal engine to produce the result below:
Below are the assets I personally 3d modelled in blender:
All assets I designed were fabricated with the intent of being used in a modular format in the final environment.
The process for creating the procedural materials in unreal was pretty basic. For this project, I focused strongly on color theory. I very early on decided that I wanted my scene to be a majority of bluish - gray values to really drive the dystopian aspect. For the remaining more important highlights, I decided to go with the contrasting color on the color wheel orange.

I then decided a basic material graph setup that would allow me to my advantage to change these colors as well as value and saturation . This example below was for the ceiling texture.

Finally, I made a material instance of this to use for most basic materials allowing me to change whatever I wanted easily.

After adding volumetrics and lighting, I finally animated the camera in the level sequencer to produce the final result at the top.
