Blender - 2024
Designed to replicate a short Commercial specifically for the LEGO Pirates brand, this project was made for my motion graphics class. Some factors I considered while designing this short were the time limit given for the project of only 10 seconds and the use of overlapping motion. The Lego models were designed using lego specific CAD software, and then composited, animated, and rendered in blender.
Idealization began with shot list planning so that I could figure out the timing of the animation, as seen above. I then created storyboards and style frames to help visualize my preproduction. Finally, I assembled the final animation.
